Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with menu selections that comply with dietary requirements.
• Ensures patient meal service is completed within time expectations.
• Assists with patient/guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Resolves and reports service quality issues as appropriate.
• Assembles patient meal trays according to dietary restrictions.
• Collaborates with nursing units to enhance patient experience.
• Receives and responds to calls regarding patient and guest meal orders.
• Maintains documentation of food preferences and allergies.
