Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Patient Liaison to join the Community Medicine team in New York. You will greet clients, help with data entry, schedule medical appointments, collect payments, and serve as the trusted information source for families seeking assistance for their pets.

This on-site role at the Queens Community Veterinary Clinic offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am–5:00 pm EST, with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in veterinary medical setting preferred.
• English required; bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and schedule appointments; assist with patient intake.
• Enter client and patient information into the database accurately.
• Accept payments and balance cash register daily as needed.
• Provide translation/interpretation support as needed.
