Job summary

The ASPCA's Community Medicine team in New York City seeks a Patient Liaison dedicated to delivering a respectful, supportive, and barrier-free experience for clients and their pets. You will schedule appointments, welcome clients, collect payments, and help patients navigate our programs across mobile and stationary clinics.

Daily duties include data entry, patient intake, and coordinating with medical staff. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in social services, community outreach, or related fields preferred.
• English required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with patient intake.
• Enter client and patient information into the database and coordinate payments.
• Provide translation support as needed and help connect clients to services.
• Support the medical team and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
