Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• 1 year or more of patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon arrival.
• Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures.
• Enter patient demographics and billing information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect/post payments.
• Prepare specimens for testing when needed.
• Coordinate with physician offices to confirm orders.
• Maintain orderly office and monitor patient wait times.
