Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Patient Registration Specialist for the Morgantown, WV area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with daytime clinic hours and pay up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

You will handle patient registration, scheduling, data entry, and insurance documentation within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, while providing professional customer service in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience with patient registration and scheduling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate patient information.
• Complete patient registration and data entry.
• Assist with insurance authorizations and insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Handle filing, scanning, paperwork, and other administrative duties.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to patients.
• Support the medical office with general clerical and administrative tasks.
