Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures a positive first impression for patients and referents during intake.
• Act as the point of contact for referrals, education on services and scheduling.
• Register new patients by collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information or triage as needed.
• Process referrals and communicate scheduling outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on patient care and scheduling.
• Monitor trends and needs for new services and improvements.
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate to leadership when needed.
