Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Front Office Registration staff to connect patients with behavioral health services. This onsite role is the first point of contact for new patients and referents, handling information, intakes, and referrals.

The position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, with a schedule Monday through Thursday 10:30 AM–7:30 PM and Friday 10:30 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and disability coverage, plus PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a clinical setting.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referents, guiding them through intake and scheduling.
• Register new patients by collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
• Answer calls, provide information, and triage inquiries as appropriate.
• Process referrals and coordinate scheduling with clinical staff.
• Collaborate with site leadership on patient care and service needs.
