LifeStance Health is seeking an Intake Coordinator (Call Center Representative) to support new patients in establishing care. You will schedule initial assessments, collect demographics, verify insurance eligibility, and manage referrals and clinical history to pair patients with the most suitable providers.

The role emphasizes excellent interpersonal skills, accurate documentation in the EHR, and effective communication with patients, providers, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Internet, and Email.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle communications via phone, email, voicemail, faxes, and chat.
• Identify trends and scheduling barriers from patient interactions.
• Coordinate with Practice Operations to match patients with providers.
