Responsibilities

• Communicate with new patients by phone in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Register and schedule new patient appointments
• Guide patients through the registration and onboarding process
• Review, update, and verify demographic and insurance information
• Assist with pre-registration and data accuracy
• Audit patient accounts for registration and insurance accuracy
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and call queue
• Support front office operations as needed
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient workflow
