Responsibilities

• Receive and process referrals from physician offices, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate prior authorizations.
• Obtain and review physician orders and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate medication start dates, deliveries, and patient admissions.
