Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in healthcare/admin preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Home infusion or related healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intake and Authorization Departments from referral receipt to admission.
• Monitor authorizations, renewals, and expiring authorizations to minimize delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Nursing, Reimbursement, Billing, Scheduling and Clinical teams.
