Job summary

Oso Home Care, Inc. seeks an experienced Infusion Intake & Authorization Manager to lead the Intake and Authorization Departments in a fast-paced home infusion setting.

You will oversee referrals, benefit verification, authorizations, and financial clearance to ensure timely admissions and compliant processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in home infusion, insurance verification, and prior authorization, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across payer

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, prior authorization, and financial clearance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS requirements, and payer criteria preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management for Intake and Authorization Departments.
• Oversee end-to-end intake processes from referrals to admission and authorization.
• Monitor authorizations, renewals, and payer requirements to prevent delays.
• Ensure staff collect required documentation and maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy, Nursing, Reimbursement, Billing, Scheduling, and Clinical teams to ensure timely admissions.
• Develop and monitor departmental KPIs and dashboards.
