• Experience with home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or discharge planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new patient referrals for specialty services.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with major plans.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and track statuses.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR.
