Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical and computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interview patients at intake; collect and update demographics and insurance information.
• Verify IDs, insurance cards, and paperwork in EMR; ensure forms are complete and signed.
• Schedule, verify, and coordinate patient appointments; communicate with departments.
• Collect co-pays, issue receipts, process refunds as needed; follow expected workflows.
