What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with referral sources, clinics, and discharge planners to facilitate patient admissions
- Coordinate the admissions process, ensuring timely collection of necessary data and clearances

- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues impacting patient admissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience in a customer service or healthcare setting
- Excellent sales and customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter information into a database system
- Working knowledge of standard office applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
