Mass General Brigham's Urology practice in Newburyport, MA is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support daily operations, patient check-in/out, and communications in a busy outpatient setting.

The role involves scheduling, handling billing documents, and assisting with prior authorizations and test results, with a focus on accuracy and patient service. Onsite schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of office experience required.
• CMAA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office operations.
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily practice operations with administrative and clerical tasks for patient visits.
• Schedule appointments, update records, and assist with check-in/out.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route needs appropriately.
• Process billing forms and document scanning into the medical record.
• Assist with prior authorizations, prescriptions, and test results.
• Support scheduling and registration training for staff as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors to maintain efficient outpatient operations.
