Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is looking for a Radiology Technologist to perform radiography exams and assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. You may also work on more complex modalities when needed.

The role requires lifting patients, following radiation safety protocols, and potentially working weekends or floating to other locations. Certification in BLS/ALS and ARRT(R) is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• BLS or ALS certification required; MRT license; ARRT(R) registration required.
• Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiography exams ensuring radiation safety procedures and image quality.
• Captures patient data and monitors vitals; assists with procedures and registrations as needed.
• Maintains equipment QA and supports accreditation processes.
