Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Administrative Assistant certification preferred
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience (medical setting preferred)
• Experience with medical office software is a plus
• Must be able to work 13+ hour shifts and lift 25 lbs
• Weekend and holiday scheduling flexibility

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, update demographics, verify insurance, and maintain EMR records
• Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
• Collect payments and process transactions
• Assist with faxes, emails, and general office organization
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area and professional environment
