The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, with solid communication and reliability. Full-time, on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Ability to greet, register patients, and verify insurance information.
• Experience with medical office software is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift 25 lbs, with scheduling flexibility including weekends and holidays.

• Greet and register patients, update demographics, verify insurance, and maintain EMR records.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and redirect as needed.
