• Assists patients with appointment scheduling adhering to rehab guidelines.
• Runs appointment estimates and collects co-pays and up-front balances.
• Monitors online appointment portal and responds to patient requests.
• Addresses EPIC work queues and maintains them in good standing.
• Manages departmental phone lines.
• Delivers excellent customer service.
• Provides administrative support to clinical and management team members.
