Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our Darien, CT office. You will perform venipuncture and clinical support, while serving as the first point of contact for patients and assisting with front-desk duties and care coordination.

A strong focus on empathy, accuracy, and teamwork drives daily patient experiences. You'll work with a modern tech stack, including EMR, Slack, G-Suite, and Zoom, to deliver seamless in-office and virtual care services.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from recognized bodies.
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program or military training.
• Strong customer service and patient-centric approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to patients.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Support billing, insurance verification, and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in specimen labeling, handling, and processing.
