Job summary

One Medical in Darien, CT is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to deliver exceptional patient care. You will perform venipuncture, handle front-desk duties, and support clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will work in a fast-paced office, with responsibilities spanning patient intake, specimen handling, and collaboration with providers. A valid MA certification and 6 months MA/phlebotomy experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from NHA, AAMA, NCCT, or the AMT.
• Graduated from a postsecondary Medical Assistant program or completed relevant Medical Assistant training.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and provide clinical support in the lab and front desk.
• Manage patient intake and same-day schedule coordination; assist with billing inquiries.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties and chart reviews.
• Open/close duties and maintain lobby and clinical areas.
