Job summary

Las Vegas Urology LLP is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant / Front Office Float to join our team. The role involves rooming patients, assisting with procedures, and handling front desk duties in a busy urology practice.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance referrals, chart checks, and basic clerical tasks, with opportunities to support wound care, specimen handling, and injections as needed. High school diploma or GED required; CMA/ABR-OE preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have back-office and front-desk patient flow experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist with procedures.
• Set up and maintain logs for compliance.
• Check in/out patients and schedule appointments/ referrals.
• Perform wound care instructions and suture/staple removal as directed.
