Community Dental Partners is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to verify patient insurance and support front office operations. The role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience by accurately handling insurance information, scheduling, and communications with patients and staff.

The position is part-time and based in Palestine, TX, working in a team-oriented office. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential to manage insurance checks and daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Receive paperwork and insurance information from the Greeter; verify accuracy before scanning.
• Change and update patient status in the system as per guidelines.
• Handle routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments; update notes.
• Verify insurance and frequencies when needed.
• Review the schedule in advance to ensure appointments are due.
• Confirm patients the day before and the day of the appointment; reappoint as needed.
• Back up the Greeter when absent.
• Clean/maintain front office area/lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
