You will greet patients, manage insurance information, and assist staff and doctors as needed. This PT role focuses on coordination, communication, and reliable teamwork in a dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with front desk tasks.
• Receive paperwork and insurance information for verification and scanning.
• Update patient status in the system per guidelines.
• Answer routine questions about appointments and insurance by phone.
• Verify insurance coverage and frequencies as needed.
• Review schedules to ensure accuracy before confirmations.
• Confirm appointments the day before and on the day of visit; reappoint as needed.
• Back up the Greeter when needed and maintain front office area.
