Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of medical office and radiology experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Notifies appropriate departments of patient progress.
• Deescalates patient conflicts following facility policies and mission.
• Reviews, facilitates, and validates requests for imaging records per HIPAA guidelines.
• Researches scripts and forms, and uses scheduling programs to manage exams.
• Operates office equipment (printers, fax, scanners) and related software.
• Answers phones and greets patients with outstanding service.
• Registers patients upon arrival, collects co-pays, and scans paperwork.
