AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking an organized administrative professional to register outpatient imaging patients, handle inquiries, and collect co-pays. The role supports imaging operations, coordinates with staff, and ensures accurate scheduling and documentation. A high school diploma is required, with BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers outpatient imaging patients, enters orders, and collects co-pays as determined by the facility.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and triages messages with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Communicates with Imaging staff regarding patient arrivals, tests, and procedures.
• Identifies priority items to leadership, including scheduling problems and routing orders.
• Performs filing, data entry, copying, and reporting as needed.

Job Description:

• Registers outpatient imaging patients, enters orders, and collects co-pays as determined by the facility.


• Answers incoming calls promptly in a pleasant, helpful manner, triages calls, obtains accurate information for messages, and deliver messages in a timely manner.


• Communicates with Imaging staff regarding patient arrival times, tests, and procedures.


• Identifies and communicates priority items to leadership, such as scheduling problems, routing orders, critical diagnostics, and phone calls.


• Performs filing, data entry, copying, and reporting as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

Education:

• High School Grad or Equivalent [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years' experience in a healthcare, customer service or administrative setting [Preferred]

Licenses And Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
