Providence Swedish Medical Center Ballard is seeking a part-time culinary associate to prepare food items using basic and advanced cooking techniques, standardized recipes, and plating guidelines. You will help meet production schedules while following health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

In this role you will process food items, ensure proper utilization and storage of supplies, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.

Formación

• National Food Handler Card required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year of related food preparation experience in a full-service operation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food products using basic and advanced cooking techniques, standardized recipes and plating guidelines, meeting production schedules in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary procedures.
• Process food items, ensure proper utilization and storage of food and supplies, and maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Perform related tasks as required.
