Qualifications

• Prior dental/healthcare front desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software a plus.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, patient-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times to ensure a smooth office experience.
• Manage office correspondence including emails, forms, and referrals.
