Responsibilities

• Understand and support day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Discuss treatment plans in clinical conversations with patients.

• Explain insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options.
• Collect fees per insurance or visit.
• Assist with claims, codes, and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Maintain front office area and lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
