Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management seeks a full-time Dispensary Associate at our White Marsh Health For Life location. You will support daily dispensary operations, engage with patients, handle intake forms, and ensure compliance with state laws. Role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and excellent patient care.

Training includes HIPAA, inventory, POS usage, and ongoing product knowledge. This position is onsite with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within a growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
• Perform general office tasks and manage records and cash handling.
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Managers with timely patient information.
• Participate in daily 1-minute team huddles to align goals.
