Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Dispensary Associate to join a patient-centric team and support daily dispensary operations. You will educate patients, manage intake forms, assist in the VFH program, and uphold HIPAA and state regulations while delivering compassionate service.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting pay is $19/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math
• Team environment experience and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Computer literacy; POS experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Assist in qualifying patients for the VFH program
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Perform general office tasks and provide feedback to managers
• Maintain records including intake forms, cash handling and logs
• Participate in 1-minute shift briefings and daily team goals
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services
• Participate in monthly inventory reviews
• Support dispensary operations and management as needed
