Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor is seeking a Capacity Management professional to own end-to-end patient flow across Adult Hospitals, Mott, Von Voigtlander, and the ED. You will optimize transfers, coordinate with nursing and medical staff, and ensure timely, safe patient placement and progression.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, onboarding new staff, and collaboration to maximize throughput while adhering to clinical standards and financial guidelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or allied health discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or capacity management experience.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and produce detailed work.
• Strong clinical knowledge to evaluate and prioritize transfer issues.
• Discretion with confidential matters and independent judgement.
