Job summary

You will collaborate with Unit C3s, Nursing, and service departments to prioritize requests, manage transport, and optimize discharge readiness, contributing to performance improvements and efficient care

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 3 years in acute care clinical setting.
• Knowledge of and experience in acute care clinical operations.
• Ability to communicate with clinical staff across departments; critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and schedules system-wide diagnostics, procedural and therapeutic services for in-house patients.
• Collaborates with Unit C3s, Nursing, Service Departments to gather patient information for scheduling.
• Balances patient itineraries to optimize efficiency and timely service.
• Creates transport requests and ensures on-time service delivery.
• Participates in daily POP huddles to anticipate delays.
