Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of patient scheduling experience required.
• Healthcare terminology proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Experience in radiology or cardiology is a plus, with clinical judgment ability.

Responsibilities

• Centrally prioritizes inpatient service demand and schedules based on organizational demand.
• Balances itineraries with service area orders and resource availability.
• Monitors daily work queues and adjusts priorities; escalates issues as needed.
• Assists with transport requirements and patient preparation for procedures.
• Maintains accurate schedules across OC Managed and Self-Managed areas.
