Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs registration/check-in, data entry and collects signatures.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and assists with pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Calculates patient liability and explains financial policies and options.
• Enters payments/charges, reconciles daily, and balances cash drawers.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow within the practice.
• Responds to patient concerns with effective communication and courtesy.
• Assists with patient records requests and general clinic tasks.
