• Provide daily supervision and guidance to billing, collections, Patient Accounts, and Customer Service/Financial Counseling teams.
• Coordinate activities to resolve work-related issues promptly and foster accountability.
• Analyze KPIs (A/R days, denial rates, cash collections) to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and other payer regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Patient Access, HIM and clinical departments to optimize revenue recognition.
