BayCare Health System, HomeCare Largo, is seeking a Patient Financial Coord to manage complex financial issues, mentor staff, and optimize departmental processes. This role sits in Patient Accounts-HC with a daytime schedule in a hybrid work model.

You will handle guidance on procedures, participate in coaching, and support compliance and training initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency in patient financial workflows.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or GED (HS/GED) required.
• 5 years of patient accounting/related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Resolves difficult issues beyond standard Patient Financial Representatives.
• Assists and trains new team members and retrains as needed.
• Provides guidance on process flow, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ensures patient confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance.
