• Monitors aging, days in accounts receivable, and collection rate; improves collections.
• Coordinates with other departments, payers, and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and reports variances monthly.
• Oversees performance improvement activities hospital-wide.
