Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient financial services team and supervise daily operations.
• Oversee billing, collections follow-up, and AR accuracy across facilities.
• Coordinate with insurance verifications and financial counseling activities.
• Liaise with external collection agencies and payment reporting processes.
• Support month-end close and payer relations; ensure quality and compliance.
