Responsibilities

• Team Leadership, Staffing & Department Operations: lead and supervise staff to meet department goals.
• Collaborates with leadership and oversees scheduling to maintain productivity.
• Manages patient accounting/billing tasks and staff accountability.
• Ensures insurance verification, financial counseling and patient support are accurate.
• Oversees AR, collections and charity/log reviews; liaises with payers and agencies.
• Supports payer relations, billing & revenue cycle processes and month-end close.
