Job summary

You will train new hires, monitor daily productivity, and ensure compliance with government billing requirements and internal procedures to maintain timely payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospital billing and collection.
• Experience with cash posting and payment validation.
• Knowledge of governmental billing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs billing, collections and reimbursement services.
• Ensures that all required financial/demographic information is secured.
• Provides monitoring, follow-up, and research of all assigned patient accounts.
