Qualifications

• Experience with union environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative support teams to ensure timely claim submission, customer service, cash posting, and mail processing.
• Coordinate AR activities with hospital staff, PFS Manager, and contracted billing services.
• Develop training materials for the financial system and ensure end-user support across hospital departments.
• Monitor worklists, analyze data, and prepare financial reports for leadership review.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient and hospital information.
