Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Manager of Patient Financial Services to lead the centralized billing and AR operations across behavioral health facilities, driving accuracy, speed, and payer performance.

You will supervise facility-based teams, ensure accurate insurance verifications, financial counseling, and charity/funding reviews, and manage payer relations and AR month-end close within our centralized business office, onsite at the Franklin Service and Support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of computerized medical billing experience, including 1 year in behavioral health.
• Advanced knowledge of UB04, HCFA1500 forms, CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facility-based patient financial services team.
• Ensure accuracy of AR balances and timely billing.
• Coordinate with insurance verifications and financial counseling.
• Liaise with payer relations and revenue cycle activities.
• Oversee AR month-end close processes.
