Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare business office setting or customer service/collections.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Verify coverage and collect payments while providing timely responses to inquiries.
• Follow up on customer issues and support the Financial Assistance process.
• Manage self-pay balances, process refunds, and set up payment plans as needed.
• Maintain assigned system workqueues and support revenue cycle goals.
