Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 2 years' experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare business office.
• 3 years' experience as Patient Financial Advocate Associate (prefer Providence St. Joseph Health).
• 2 years' experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system, preferably in Epic.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families via phone or in person to resolve accounts.
• Identify eligibility, educate, and submit applications for sponsorship programs.
• Assist patients with Providence Financial Assistance and reflect mission and values.
