• 2 years' experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system, preferably in Epic.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient accounts through financial clearance and payment collection.
• Identify eligibility and submit applications for sponsorship and financial assistance.
• Educate patients on programs and complete eligibility determinations for Providence equipment.
