Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Patient Financial Advocate Associate, preferably with Providence St. Joseph Health or affiliates.
• 2 years’ experience in automated account follow-up system, preferably Epic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial clearance and payment collection.
• Identify eligibility and submit applications for state and federal sponsorship programs.
• Provide education and determine eligibility for Providence Financial Assistance.
