Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Patient Business Representative Team Lead to oversee registration and financial counseling workflows, advocate for underserved patients, and ensure accuracy in billing and revenue cycle activities.

You will collaborate with Case Management, Social Work, and Billing teams, mentor new hires, and lead process improvement projects across multiple campuses with hybrid work near the Brigham and Women's campus and Faulkner Main Campus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient access procedures, healthcare regulations, and insurance coverage.
• Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on patient access and registration (2-3 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as department resource, assist in training new hires and retraining existing staff.
• Lead teams and participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Act as primary contact for billing/financial issues that cannot be resolved by frontline staff.
