Job summary

You will post payments, balance accounts, and provide financial guidance to maximize reimbursement while supporting smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in patient financial services or insurance processing preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments.
• Register patients and collect demographic/insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, including referrals and authorizations.
• Post payments and balances and reconcile daily transactions.
• Provide financial guidance and explain payment options to patients.
